For $34 a month or $340 a year, you’ll receive:

Perio Maintenance Plan
For $85 a month or $855 a year, you’ll receive:
One periodontal maintenance every three months
Two routine exams every year
Fluoride treatment with each routine cleaning
Routine X-rays with each regular exam
One X-ray and emergency exam per year
Up to 25% off additional treatment
